Join the Coaching for Great Work team Part I – Overview

The story so far…

Over the last 18 months, I have fine tuned a program to help managers and leaders in organizations learn and use coaching skills.

Coaching for Great Work (C4GW) has been enthusiastically received by clients in North America, Europe (the Czech Republic), Australia and the UK.  A healthy percentage has called it the best training they’ve ever received.

“This course is at the cutting edge of coaching methodology. Michael has simplified the complex aspects of coaching to provide tools that managers can use to stimulate development instantaneously.”
Mark Peters, Head of Training, Nestle Canada

“The most frequent feedback I heard after the workshop was ‘the best workshop I have ever participated in’.”
Ludmila Schaferová, HR Director, GSK

“Michael hit just the right balance of stimulus, depth, practicality and entertainment! Already, many of the ideas are in the language across British Gas and we are starting to see some real results.”
Laura Walker, Head of Training, British Gas
