Join the Coaching for Great Work team Part II – Who we’re looking for

What we’re looking for …

We’re looking to build a small but excellent team of trainers around the world.  At this stage we’re looking for:
==>    3 in Canada
==>    2 on the East coast of the United States
==>    2 on the West coast of the United States
==>    3 in the UK
==>    2 in Europe
==>    2 in Australia
==>    2 in India

(These numbers may vary slightly).

Update Sept 2nd:  I’ve had quite a few inquiries from people living in places not on the above list – South America, Africa, Israel, the middle of the US … pretty much everywhere.  Just goes to show my lack of imagination.

These locations were chosen because I have experience working there.  I’m happy to consider applications from any part of the world if you think there’s a potential market you can help tap.

An overview of who we’re looking for

If you’re thinking of applying, what follows may help you decide whether it will be a good fit or not for you.

You’ll be an experienced trainer with a coaching background (or vice versa).

You’ll have the interest and capacity to train programs sold by Box of Crayons, as well as the desire to sell these programs yourself.

You also
==>    Have corporate experience and credibility
==>    Have completed a coach training course, almost certainly from an ICF approved coaching school
==>    Have experience facilitating or training – being “at the front of the room”
==>    Have a hunger to learn and keep learning
==>    Have stories to tell
==>    Have a sense of humour
==>    Have your own “authentic voice”
==>    Are comfortable working with Corporate 1000 calibre companies

(I know – we’re expecting a lot)
