What are you building?
TED — it stands for Technology Entertainment Design — is a constant source of inspiration for me.
I try and watch one of the short movies every day, and this one is a perfect example.
In less than five minutes, Malawian inventor William Kamkwamba tells how he built his family a windmill.
Out of scraps.
Using plans from a book.
When he was 14.

So here are the Great Work questions I’m now asking myself:
=> What am I building?
=> For the sake of what?
=> What excuses am I making for not doing it?
=> Who can I ask for help?
=> What’s the next version, the version that has 10x the impact of your current one?
PS – You can stay in touch with what’s happening with the windmill and with William’s life on William’s blog.
