I think this is what draws me to maps … the sense of what’s in the center and what just might be out on the edge.
But how do you find the edge?
Sometimes it’s as easy as getting out of the usual office chair (literally or metaphorically) and finding a different place to stand, a different perspective to view.
That can be as simple as going for a walk, sitting in a coffee shop, or just stop the “doing” for a moment, take a breath and ask: “what do I want?”
