The Friday grab bag: Three others’ posts to read (Apr 10)
Three things I found this week that you might like to read.
1. Does creativity run out?
Nancy Duarte wrote a terrific book on crafting presentations, Slide:ology. I’m enjoying their blog, and this short post on how to manage the resource of creativity is terrific. Trust that there’s more. It’s never the last french fry.
2. Are great teams less productive?
This article from the HBR weekly update talks about the tension teams – and team leaders – face in balancing the pressure to be productive and the necessity to learn. Are they fatally at odds with each other? One study found that well-led teams were making more mistakes. Curious? An explanation for that is here (as well as some tips for creating a healthy learning environment).
3. Giving time
A short and to the point post on time: how you use it, how you spend it, how you give it, how you might even create it.
