Jeff Bezos shot this video to welcome the employees of Amazon’s new acquisition, Zappos.

I brought to mind a conversation I had the other day with Ross and Andre from Next, two new friends of mine. We introduced ourselves by sharing stories of three scars we carry. So much more interesting to tell/listen to than the usual introductory spiel.
