We need to learn to focus our thoughts. I know I’m guilty of just letting myself jump from one project to the next without getting what I really need accomplished. I hope to live a little longer than 2043, but not much. I know I need to get more focused and this technique will probably help me.

January 18, 2046. My wife thinks it’s morbid to keep a running countdown on my dock, but I’m getting used to it. Not to mention, I can already feel the pressure to make every day count. Thanks for the post!
