Great Quote 78 If you don’t design your own life plan…

“If you don’t design your own life plan,
chances are you’ll fall into someone else’s plan.
And guess what they have planned for you?
Not much.”
~ Jim Rohn

Now’s a pretty good time to stop for just a moment and think about plans.

Your plans.

It’s the start of a new “quarter”, the seconnd three-month block of time for the year.

One quarter = 90 days, and 90 days is a pretty powerful unit of time for thinking out ahead. It gets you out of the weeds of today and tomorrow, but not into the fantasy land of five years out.

And as it happens – my friend Charlie Gilkey and I are running a free teleclass on the art of planning on Thursday July 17th at 2pm Eastern.

Watch for information on the sign-up coming any minute – but if you’re interested in the art and science of the plan, hold the time.

    Q1: Jan/Feb/Mar; Q2: Apr/May/Jun; etc.
This is the last 1/3 of the 2nd Quarter, not the start of the SECOND Quarter!
Although, I’d be glad to have the last two months back again!

    Ach! You’re totally right.

There you go. That’s why I need to do planning.

So I wasn’t ready to respond to this post yeterday, gave it a thought, but have come back with the same response I had yesterday, which was “ouch.” That was a fantastic quote. It hurts and makes you think. I think I could use the teleclass.
