Neil Crofts, Authenticis

I came across Neil Crofts’ work five years ago when someone rang me up from the UK and said “Man, you’ve got to read this book.” And that book was called Authentic: How to Make a Living by Being Yourself. This has immediate resonance for the whole conversation around what it takes to do Great Work, because so much of Great Work is about finding out who you are and what matters to you, and then finding a way to bring that into the world.
Neil is the founder of Authenticis, which is an innovation agency that helps people turn their work into a platform for achieving their life’s purpose. He’s had a great journey, from selling trucks, to motor racing, to selling digital products, and then getting the inspiration to start Authenticis.
