Today I’m speaking with a manufacturing manager at one of the most efficient, innovative, collaborative companies around. Peter Fritz works at 3M, which produces everything from Post-its to Scotch tape and beyond.
Peter has held a number of roles at 3M—process and product manager for automobiles, Six Sigma manager, technical education manager, and now a manufacturing manager for automobiles, handling car care and collision repair.
