I’m a raving fan of Pam Slim. Our work tags together – I’m all about supporting people to do Great Work within their organizations, Pam is all about providing an underground railway for those who want to escape the cubicle and set up their own adventure.

Her TED talk has just been released, and in her usual generous way she didn’t do a riff on her business, but spoke to an abiding passion of hers – the power of engaged youth. Watch and listen as she tells three stories.

    Thank you SO much for posting this talk Michael! I love you right back. Nothing gets me more fired up than sharing stories of the next generation.

    I can’t wait until we can find a way to work together, that won’t make your corporate clients panicked that you are bringing in “The Escape from Cubicle Nation Lady.”
