She is one of the world authorities on people in organizations and a significant influence around thinking about how people show up at work – and how we can be more humane, energized and engaging within organizations.

Linda is the author of  Glow: How You Can Radiate Energy, Innovation and Success and  Hot Spots: Why Some Teams, Workplaces, and Organizations Buzz with Energy – And Others Don’t.

Linda is involved in the Future of Work Consortium which is a group of academics and thought leaders looking at what work is going to be like in 2030.
