Mike Robbins, Be Yourself

Some of us were sort of born into the world of self-development and coaching. But for Mike Robbins, his first calling was baseball. He was the standup pitcher at Stanford University, and led the team to a Pac-10 Conference Championship. Then he played 3 seasons of professional baseball for the Kansas City Royals until an injury ended his career at age 24. Mike moved into business, worked in the dot-com world, and then turned his attention to teamwork and self-development.

Mike is the author of two great books, Focus on the Good Stuff: The Power of Appreciation and Be Yourself, Everyone Else is Already Taken. His books are terrific and they’re really about bringing appreciation and authenticity into your work.
