Dan Coyle The Talent Code

One of the best books I’ve read in the last year is Dan Coyle’s, The Talent Code:Greatness Isn’t Born, It’s Grown Here’s How. It dances on the same space as Malcolm Gladwell’s Outliers, in that it really looks deeply at what it takes to succeed. What I like about it is it doesn’t just give good stories (which it does), but provides very specific ways that each of us can deepen our own level of talent – and with that, our success.
