Box of Crayons

Should you start planning now for 2012?

Probably.

But we’ve all been through the misery of “strat planning” which often involves a lot of talking, a lot of writing, and not much changing.

Here’s a gift from my friend Les McKeown: a complete annual planning tool. I’m using it, and I suggest you take a look too. (It includes a workbook, mp3 guide and worksheets. And it’s totally, no-strings-attached, free.)

PS – you might consider checking out Les’s new book, The Synergist. It’s not out until January, but worth pre-0rdering. I’ve read it (and taken  the workshop associated with it), and you’ll find it useful if you work with another person or in a team or in an organization that has teams. So yes, useful.

  1. Planning is useful…
  2. Start Your 2011 Off On The Right Foot
  3. Find Your Great Work in 2012 (the three questions that matter)
  4. It’s not how you start…
  5. What are your key words for 2012?
