Best Three Books on: The Next level of Personal Growth

My stand on this is clear: you can’t continue to thrive, grow and flourish as a busy manager or leader without working on “Your Own Stuff”.

Sure you can’t optimize and improve the stuff around you. But after a while, when you hit the ceiling or encounter the plateau, you need to look inside and ask:

How am I responsible for what’s happening here?

I think most self-development and self-help books are pretty vacuous and not really worth the time and the effort.

But I also think there are some beauties out there. Here’s my enthusiastic review of three that I think have the potential to shift things for you – they certainly did for me.
