    Very interesting to listen to. Same issues in Denmark. Running with one pound weights – that was new to me. Will introduce the idea here. Challenge through exercise – great idea. Push mind and body – will introduce the idea this morning in the local fitness centre. I wonder if there is a cultural angle your ideas ?
