i guess if you are talking about a work context, I think experience is very important, so I’d give it at least a 6. I don’t think experience has to necessarily include a specific set of skills or a particular work background, but I think an employee has to have the ability to ask the right questions and quickly transfer what he does know into new situuations. I’d rather have a person ask intelligent questions than pretend he knows what he’s talking about.
