Clean & Clear Teams

Box of Crayons are team building facilitators, helping to develop teams that are committed to and capable of Great Work, and we do that with two key points of focus.

First, getting clear on what Great Work is, what extraordinary impact and team success might be. This process builds on team successes of the past, current strengths, and dreams for what’s possible in the future.

And second, getting “clean” in the way the team works together. This work involves both uncovering some of the dynamics that complicate a team’s working relationships and sharing tools that can be used again outside the facilitation session to help the team self-manage itself in the future.

Every facilitation session is custom-built for the team, and the sessions are focused, interactive, provocative and fun. Great thought is put into the design and experience of the team building facilitation sessions. After all, if we’re trying to not do “business as usual” we can’t have “a meeting as usual.” (And we figure there are enough meetings that are already unfocused, passive and not fun at all).

Team members leave with a sense of purpose, a commitment to Great Work, and a plan to start and then sustain Great Work.
